JanSport backpacks, bags, and luggage come with a lifetime warranty. If your pack ever breaks down, simply send it back to our warranty center. We will fix it or, if we can't, we will replace it or refund it.

How long does shipping take for standard orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.

How should I clean my JanSport backpack?

To preserve the shape and fabric integrity, we recommend hand washing your pack with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the internal coating and hardware.
